How to remove subpicture/subtitles when ripping a disc?
Do not select any subtitle streams by selecting NONE at the Subtitle dropdown at the Main Interface before you start the process.
You can also go to DVDFab Common Settings > Streams > Subtitles and tick the option "Do not preselect any subtitle track", this way, DVDFab will not select any subtitles by default.
