Unable to authorize the product, keep receiving error "Failed to connect to Server/Internet". How to solve it?

Error "Failed to connect to server please check your network and try again" occurs when the firewall or antivirus software in your computer blocks the network connection of DVDFab software. If that's not the problem, it could be that the host file has been modified somehow. To rectify the situation, please manually correct your HOST file, per the steps below:

1. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc;

2. Open the HOST file with Notepad, and then delete all the entries about DVDFab;

3. Save the modified HOST file and quit.

Note: You may not be able to save the host file there due to system permission issues, but you can save it to another location and then replace the existing HOST file in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc with the correct one.
