What should I do if DVDFab can not recognize the movie in drive properly?
If DVDFab can't recognize original movie disc from your drive very well on your computer, try to clean the disc and make sure that your PC can read the disc well. You may use a software player and see if it can read the disc or not. If the source is a DVD movie/TV series, you can also try to disable or enable Pathplayer at the Common Settings > DVD > Pathplayer to load the disc again.
