Failed to submit Feedback with DVDFab 13, getting errors saying that I have network problems. Any ideas?

When trying to submit a Feedback through DVDFab13 program but getting a message asking you to check the network, you may need to:
1. Make sure that you are using the latest version of DVDFab13.
2. Check Windows firewall to make sure that DVDFab has permission.
3. Go to the DVDFab13 Log folder that is under the Documents path, delete all the files, and then restart DVDFab, repeat your steps, which will generate a new log files, you can then submit the Feedback again and see the result.
