When purchasing StreamFab, the issue of picture quality is definitely an aspect to be concerned about. This article will explain how to set the picture quality and why the picture quality does not match the settings.

Please click the menu button(☴) at the right top corner of StreamFab screen and click "Settings".

YouTube

1.Settings

Please click "YouTube Websites" > "Video Resolution" to set it to your own needs.

2.Downloading screen

When downloading, you may also set the video quality on the window.

*Note: When you check the option: "Remember my choice", you can download it with the same quality next time.

VIP Services

1.Settings

Please click "VIP Services" > "Video Resolution(Selected If Possible)" to set it as 720p or 1080p.

2.Downloading screen

When downloading, you may also set the video quality on the window to your own needs.

Reasons video quality does not match your settings

1.The video itself is not of the selected quality.

2.When using a VPN, different nodes result in different quality of the downloaded images.

3.The video quality is between 720-1080, and it is automatically classified as 1080, which needs to be subject to the actual video quality.

4.If the selected quality fails to download, another quality will be downloaded by default.
