Why does the video play without sound after being downloaded?

Please first make sure this happens to all services, all of the videos or just a certain one. Please change another player to see the result. If still have a problem, please offer us the video name you tried and the StreamFab.log (the default location for log file is: C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\Log)
