Why can't I download 1080p videos from Netflix, Max or other OTT services?

The reason why StreamFab fails to download 1080p video may be that the OTT service undergoes a DRM upgrade or there is a limitation on the maximum playback quality of the video. For example, Disney+ limits the highest playback quality to 720P in any browser.
