Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Please contact support team for assistance if your current registered account e-mail is invalid. The regular way to change your account e-mail can be done at the DVDFab Member Center. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Go to https://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm?a=login and sign into your account.
2. Click on the "Profile" icon on the left.
3. Enter your new e-mail account in the respective field and click "Verify Now".
4. Access the inbox of your current account e-mail, and open the e-mail to verify the change to finalize the change.

Notes:
You will need to use the new email account to authorize the products you have in the software.
Changing the account email does NOT change your email initiating a subscription order.
